Considered as ‘very tough to defend’ and carrying tremendous negative life implications, DUI charges are ones you never want to have to face. When my husband found himself in the unfortunate circumstances of having to contend with such a charge (double the legal limit), the situation seemed hopeless. Upon doing some research, speaking with friends and consulting with several criminal lawyers, we didn’t think we’d stand a chance. Through a fortunate turn of events, and pure luck, really, we had the opportunity to engage Edmund to represent my husband.

“I was charged with impaired care and control in November 2012. I contacted “***** Law” shortly thereafter and was almost immediately contacted by an associated law firm who offered to take my case. In February of 2013, after being well on my way to graduating post secondary, I made the biggest mistake of my life  ------ involved in a motor vehicle accident with the presence of alcohol in my system.
